Description

DX-Copolymer Beads are environmentally safe, non-hazardous, non-abrasive beads designed for lubrication in water-based and oil-based muds.

Effective at low concentrations, with high thermal stability, and high resistance to deformation, and proven to be 2+ times more effective than glass, graphite, styrene polymer, or ceramic beads.

Application

Concentrations of 2-8 ppb will be sufficient to control torque and drag

Concentrations of 8-12 ppb will be sufficient for spotting in wire-line operations and running casing
Handling/Storage

This product can irritate the eyes (solid particulate). See MSDS for proper PPE.
Packaging

DX-Copolymer Beads is packaged in 50 lb (22.7 Kg) bags, 48 bags per pallet.
