Description

CLS is DXO's registered trade name for chrome ligno-sulfonate which has been used as the industry standard for many years. CLSŪ is a versatile and highly effective chrome lignosulfonate drilling mud conditioner.

CLS is produced from the finest softwood liquor. It is the dried solids prepared from the liquor recovered from the acid sulfite pulping of hemlock and white fir.
Typical CLS provides optimum dispersion and filtration properties in all
Application water-based drilling muds. CLSŪ will provide for downhole fluid loss control and for deflocculation of clay solids. CLSŪ treated muds are stable at temperatures in excess of 350°F.
